Refund policy

1. Cancellation period

In accordance with current legislation, you have a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of cancellation, without having to justify your decision or pay any penalties.

After this period, we will unfortunately no longer be able to accept returns.

2. Return conditions

For your return to be accepted, items must:

Be in their original condition (new, complete, unused, and undamaged).

Be accompanied by their original packaging.

Be returned with the order number or proof of purchase.

⚠️ Damaged, incomplete, soiled, or obviously used items cannot be refunded.

3. Return procedure

Contact our customer service department at contact@editions-animees.com, specifying your order number and the reason for the return.

You will receive instructions and the address to which you should return your package.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (except in the case of an error on our part or a defective product).

Returns should be sent to 30 rue des petites écuries 75010 Paris.

We recommend that you use tracked shipping, as we cannot be held responsible for packages lost during return shipping.

4. Refunds

Once we have received and checked the returned items, we will issue a refund within a maximum of 14 working days.

The refund will be made via the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).

The original shipping costs will not be refunded, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.

5. Defective products or order errors

If a product is defective or we have made an error in your order:

Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt, with supporting photo(s).

We will offer you either a free replacement or a full refund, including delivery costs.
